First, let’s be clear, our coaching services are not some new-age, discover-your-true-nature, release-your-inner-lion, kind of program. Our business coaching services are based simply on making our business experience available to the owner or executive that needs it.
Why a business coach?
Because it’s lonely at the top. Because all good decisions come form having a foil to bounce ideas off of, a devil’s advocate to push back, a counsellor to suggest alternatives. Because good and considered business decisions come from intelligent and experienced interaction between knowledgeable persons.
How KLynn coaching works…
The coaching process is straightforward. It begins with the opportunity to learn a bit about your business and the challenges you face in operating it.
Then we schedule regular meetings with you to discuss your progress in meeting existing challenges or to help you formulate ideas to address new ones. The meetings are scheduled at regular intervals (generally monthly but sometimes more often) and take as little as an hour, or sometime a half day. They can be face-to-face, or by telephone or online conference. Each meeting is followed up with a quick summary of the issues discussed and of the strategies discussed.
On demand – A “quick consults” when you need it…
Each coaching client is also permitted to call between meetings for “quick consults”. Generally these are focused on a specific issue or concern that cannot wait until the next regular meeting.

While the idea of being “coached” may seem foreign to you, there are many benefits. Chief among them are the opportunity to learn new management skills and to tap into the experience of another senior executive. But sometimes the benefit just lies in the knowledge that another senior manager can validate what your gut is telling you.
